Easy Sunday pancakes.


 

I love to host and to gather people together and what better way than over a table to Sunday pancakes. These pancakes are so quick and easy to whip up and taste so good with such a range of toppings. I love to lay the table with a range of different toppings, from sweet to savoury, healthy and treats. The joy is watching people build their own creations and try new flavour mixes.


 

Ingredients


 

1 cup of buckwheat flour

1 cup of almond milk

1 tbs of baking powder

1 tbs of apple cider vinegar

Pinch of salt

Splash of maple syrup (depending on taste)


 

Method:


 

Place all the ingredients into your blender until thick and smooth. Place a non-stick frying pan onto a medium heat and fry for a couple of minutes each side. Serve hot with whatever toppings you desire

Bananas

Peanut/almond butter

Chocolate spread

Coconut flakes

Maple syrup

Honey

Bacon

Yogurt

Edible flowers

Lemon and sugar
